Refund Policy

Verstia provides digital legal document templates and tools, operated by Manolyasoft (a sole trader based in Konya, Türkiye). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
1. Digital products — immediate download
Our packs and templates are digital products delivered for immediate download after purchase. By purchasing, you ask us to make the product available to you straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once you download or access the document. Once you have downloaded or accessed a purchased document, that purchase is non-refundable, except where you have a statutory right to a remedy (see section 3).
2. Before you download
If you purchased a pack or template but have not yet downloaded or accessed any document in it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email manolyasoft@gmail.com with your order number.
3. Faulty or not as described
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must match its description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a document is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, contact manolyasoft@gmail.com and we will put it right — by fixing the issue, providing a working copy, or refunding you. We also refund genuine issues such as duplicate charges or a technical fault that prevented download.
4. Subscriptions (All-access)
You can cancel an All-access subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not generally refund the current period once it has started, except where you have a statutory right.
5. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. To request a refund, email manolyasoft@gmail.com (include your order number) or contact Lemon Squeezy.
