Verstia

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-13

This is a legal draft, not a finished terms of service. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Have this reviewed before relying on it as your operative terms.

1. What Verstia is

Verstia provides document templates, calculators, and AI-assisted clause explanations for the UK, US, and Canada. Verstia is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or in any document you generate is a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.

Verstia is a product operated by Manolyasoft, a sole trader operated by N. Yılmaz, based in Konya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “the operator”). “Verstia” is the trading name under which Manolyasoft offers this product.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Verstia.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Pricing page for current plans and features.

[Professional review recommended] — no refund window is currently committed to in the pricing/checkout flow; this section does not state one until an actual refund policy is decided and reviewed.

4. Using the templates

Templates are provided “as is”, for informational purposes. Where a template is marked as diff-verified against an official source (for example, ACAS in the UK), that means its wording has been checked against that source — it does not mean the template has been approved, endorsed, or reviewed by a lawyer for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing any document before using it, and for getting independent legal advice for anything beyond a routine, low-risk situation.

5. AI features (Risk Radar)

Where available, AI-generated explanations describe what a clause does and a general risk level. They do not draft legal text, do not give advice about your specific situation, and can be wrong. Always verify anything the AI tells you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to circumvent access controls, reselling access without authorization, or using the service to generate documents for an unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verstia is not liable for losses arising from your use of a template or AI-generated explanation, including reliance on it in place of professional legal advice.

[Professional review recommended]— this section is a draft until the operator's actual liability structure and insurance position are settled (see CLAUDE.md “Açık Riskler” #2); it should not be treated as a final liability clause without legal review.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Verstia after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Because Verstia is operated from Türkiye and used by customers in the UK, US, and Canada, which law applies to a given dispute can depend on your location and the nature of the claim. [Professional review recommended] — this section is a placeholder, not a considered choice-of-law or jurisdiction clause, and should not be relied on to determine your rights.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to manolyasoft@gmail.com.
